1 of 2: There's a suit of security armor under the stairs that are just ahead of you right after you meet with Dr. Cloud and he sends you off. To get to where the armor is, go around the stairs on the bottom floor until you find an opening you can crouch-walk into.
2 of 2: To get over the fence in the second Erebus Cargo Storage area you come to, use the grabber gun to move a small container over next to the large container that's next to the fence. Then you can jump onto the small container you just moved, then onto the larger container, and then over the fence to gather some ammo. (You can get back over the fence when you're done by using the pre-stacked boxes to jump over.)
