1 of 2: When you make it inside after the initial Martian surface run, you can kill M. Ryden with a single pistol bullet to get another soul charge for the Bloodstone. You'll probably need it, especially if you used a charge to make it safely inside.
2 of 2: When the revenant(s) attack in Main Sewer Access, you might want to remember that a close-up double-barrel shotgun blast to the head will take one down instantly. That might work a little better than trying to throw explosive barrels at them with the grabber gun. (Also note that the grabber can deflect the revenants' rockets, but they rarely go back to the rocketeer.)
