How do I open the Skywalk door in Upper Maintenance?
1 of 4: You apparently missed a little control room a bit further back in the hallway.
2 of 4: Head back to Environmental Control and find the door to the control room in a dim corner.
3 of 4: Inside the control room, use the active computer panel to shut down the Phobos life support systems.
4 of 4: This sounds suicidal, but you need to do it in order to allow Dr. McNeil to reroute enough power to the teleporter back in sector 1 so that you can take it to the Delta Labs. (Also, it has to be done to open the Skywalk door.)
