How do I get up to the upper floor of Power Core Access?
1 of 4: There's a lift a ways to the left of where the security robot shut down (if he got this far).
2 of 4: However, its control panel is fried, and it won't work.
3 of 4: Go back to where you entered the Power Core Access and search in the other direction.
4 of 4: You'll find a ladder that leads up to an access hatch. That'll get you to the upper floor.
