1 of 2: In the large crate-filled portion of the Service Tunnels, you can get up onto the taller crates and shelves that have ammo on them by pushing one of the little yellow UAC containers on the floor next to the crate you want to get onto. Jump onto the yellow container, and then from it onto the crate. There are lots of plasma cells to be had!
2 of 2: Also in the Service Tunnels, one of the garage doors is jammed in a partly-raised position, allowing you crouch-walk under it to find a small stash of stuff.
