How do I get past this new security checkpoint?
1 of 5: Approach the security guard's control booth.
2 of 5: He'll welcome you to the underground area and open a nearby storage locker for you.
3 of 5: Be sure to take the armor, flashlight, pistol, and bullets. You're going to need all of them before you leave the underground.
4 of 5: After doing a quick radio test, the guard will open the door to the Underground Junction area for you (though note that he'll close and lock it again once you're through it).
5 of 5: If you're wondering about the other security locker, which has shotguns and machine guns in it, you'll be able to open it yourself later on, after you find the missing scientist.
