Where's the Data Linker I need?
1 of 4: As you leave the Delta Systems Control after trying and failing to restore power, some floor grates burst up in the Delta Control Corridor for no apparent reason.
2 of 4: Don't look a gift hole in the mouth (or whatever) -- just drop down into it and crouch-walk a short distance to make it to the Delta Main Lobby.
3 of 4: Hey, there's the elevator to level 2! Of course, you'll have to finish restoring power here on level 1 before it'll work. Oh, well. Find the corridor that's not blocked by a locked door and head down it.
4 of 4: When you reach the Delta 1 Access Lobby, you'll find the Data Linker thief up on the raised floor area. Pick up the linker from next to him.
