I'm in the Delta Reactor Room. How do I restore power?
1 of 3: First, find and climb the ladder that leads to the upper walkway in the reactor room.
2 of 3: Then find the door that leads to the Reactor Control Hallway, and then to Delta Reactor Control.
3 of 3: In there, use the control panel to reinitialize the reactor and get it running. Power at last!
