Where can I go from the Chamber 1 Terminal Lower area?
1 of 4: Why not get decontaminated again? Your marine could always use a good bath after what he has to go through.
2 of 4: An unlocked door in the area leads to a control room with a usable computer panel in the back.
3 of 4: Choose to cycle the decon chamber in order to unlock the "Chamber Lower 1" door back in Chamber 1 Terminal Lower.
4 of 4: After you go through decon, you'll end up in a teleporter station. Here we go with that again!
