What should be my strategy in the area with the berserk pack?

  • 1 of 7: Go berserk and punch the hell out of everything in sight!
  • 2 of 7: But don't forget that the berserk pack wears off 30 seconds after you get it.
  • 3 of 7: You can't shoot any monsters before you go berserk, so save your game and see how many you can punch to pieces in 30 seconds.
  • 4 of 7: Make sure you splat at least one hellknight and several imps. The more you kill while berserk, the fewer you have to use up ammo on afterwards.
  • 5 of 7: Remember, you're invincible while berserk, so don't waste any time dodging or strafing. Rush to get your punches in!
  • 6 of 7: TIP: You may find it a bit faster (or funner) to use the chainsaw instead of your fists. (All of your weapons are far more powerful in berserk mode -- not just your fists.)
  • 7 of 7: After you kill the second hellknight, the monsters should stop appearing. Look around to find two major ammo caches, one of which has a rocket launcher and the door to the next area. (If you have trouble finding this area, just follow the glowing yellow symbols on the floor.)
