1 of 3: After Sabaoth dies, enter the small garage area he came out of to find a service crawlway in one wall.
2 of 3: When you reach the end of it, move down to the lower part of the big yellow pipe, then drop to the big red pipe and then onto the walkway.
3 of 3: Then use the nearby elevator to get to Site 3.
