I've got the PDA with the clearance. Where to now?
1 of 3: First, use your new clearance to open a door to get you out of Artifact Research.
2 of 3: Then find and open the other locked door that's nearby in Lab Section2.
3 of 3: This will get you back to the starting area, from which you can reenter the Site3 Hub and finally open its locked security door.
