How can I get past the ruptured pipes that are shooting flames?
1 of 3: You'll encounter the first of these in Old Comm Engineering as you're going back to the elevator.
2 of 3: There's no way to walk or crouch-walk past them without taking some damage...
3 of 3: ...so bypass them entirely by going through the broken rail to the left and dropping down next to the elevator.
