The stairs in Maintenance Area PD1 are broken!
1 of 4: Look around for other means of getting to where you're going.
2 of 4: There aren't any, so you'll have to find a way to deal with the hole in the stairs.
3 of 4: It isn't too vast -- maybe you could jump it. (Also note that there's a big pipe under the hole that'll help keep you from falling.)
4 of 4: This is the first of many places where you need to jump over something in order to proceed. I won't mention every other such place in these hints, so watch carefully for them.
