DOOM 3 Hints

Chainsaw Zombie

  • Health: 250
    Attack Damage: 20 per second from chainsaw
    First Seen: Communications Transfer

    These souped-up zombies move more quickly than the generic kind, and they can do a lot more damage up close with their chainsaws. Due to this, the shotgun is a much better choice of weapon than the pistol, and the machine gun or chaingun is much better than the shotgun. (Also, you can usually chainsaw them without taking much damage.)
