In the room right next to the one with the locked Monorail Access door, there's a suit of security armor on top of the large pumping machine. To get to it, find the two unmoveable crates on the same side of the machine that the health station is on. Jump onto the crate that's turned on its side, then take a quick running jump over to the other one. From it, you can get onto the machine and then up into the niche with the armor.
