What's the idea of the weird vision I get in Processing Junction 2?
1 of 4: To get this to happen, you first need to kill all the enemies in the area, then move around near the door to Processing Junction 2 until a voice says "Come here." Follow the bloody footprints to the back of the Processing Junction 2 corridor to get the vision.
2 of 4: Apparently "they" took someone's baby. It's probably not too hard to guess who "they" is.
3 of 4: Some say that this is a sort of "explanation" for the twisted nature of the cherub creatures, which are first seen in Recycling Sector 2.
4 of 4: For now, all you need to worry about is not missing all the good ammo (including plasma cells) in the alcove that opens near the entrance after the vision is over.
