Codes for Health and Items
NOTES: The word "spawn" can be used in place of "give" in most of the following codes. "Spawn" puts the item on the floor in front of you, and "give" puts it directly into your inventory. To give yourself more ammo for a particular weapon, just give yourself that weapon again.

The "spawn" command can also be used to give yourself adrenaline stims plus the megahealth and invisibility items that only exist in multiplayer. The megahealth works fine in single player, setting your health to 200, but the invisibility doesn't seem to work at all except to make what little you can see of yourself on-screen look hazy and transparent -- monsters will see you and attack just the same.
