1 of 16: Yes, he's wrapped up very tightly. In fact, he looks a lot like a mummy
2 of 16: There is another mummy in this time that might help serve as a decoy.
3 of 16: You need to get Cousin Ted from in front of the motel up to this room.
4 of 16: You're going to have to find some form of leverage to bring Ted up.
5 of 16: Have you looked at everything near this room? Something will serve as that piece of leverage.
6 of 16: The pulley on the roof will let you bring Ted up to this room.
7 of 16: To work a pulley, you need rope.
8 of 16: Dr. Fred is being tied up with some, so take it.
9 of 16: Then tie the rope to the pulley, run down, and attach it to Ted.
10 of 16: Go back up to the roof and pull on the rope to bring Ted near Fred.
11 of 16: Before you can switch Fred and Ted, you need to make the two look identical. You can't fool the IRS too easily, after all.
12 of 16: The only difference between the two is their color.
13 of 16: Just paint Ted with the red paint from the attic in Hoagie's time.
14 of 16: Now you're ready to swap Ted and Fred -- use Ted on Fred.
15 of 16: Take Fred down the same way that you brought Fred up to the roof.
16 of 16: Tie the rope in the attic to Fred, go to the roof, and pull on the end of the rope closer to the window.
