Dracula: Origin Hints

Where can I find water that hasn't touched the earth for the priest?

  • 1 of 19: The priest said rainwater was the best bet, but think of another means by which water can be created.
  • 2 of 19: Think about steam. Condensation.
  • 3 of 19: This is the reaction we need to create.
  • 4 of 19: The heat source is the barbecue grill where Mustapha usually stands.
  • 5 of 19: We will need a container, some water, a glass surface to create the condensation on, and then a sealable container to keep the fresh water in.
  • 6 of 19: The initial container is right next to the grill -- a casserole pot.
  • 7 of 19: The water can be found on the same screen. Don't worry, it's not poisoned.
  • 8 of 19: Take some water from the camels' trough.
  • 9 of 19: You now need to heat the water over the barbecue grill.
  • 10 of 19: Next, find a reflective surface.  You will need to head away from the marketplace for this one.
  • 11 of 19: It's inside the museum.
  • 12 of 19: On the desk. Grab it -- the assistant director will let you.
  • 13 of 19: You then need to make a square out of the mirror. (For some weird reason, the game makes you do this. Perhaps Van Helsing didn't want to cut his hand.)
  • 14 of 19: Use the casserole pot of hot water with the square mirror to get the condensation onto the mirror.
  • 15 of 19: Now grab an item from the marketplace to keep that fresh water in.
  • 16 of 19: You may have already taken it.
  • 17 of 19: There's a flask on the stand at the rear of the marketplace (up the steps).
  • 18 of 19: Use that with the condensated mirror.
  • 19 of 19: You can then give that to the priest as holy water.
