Dracula: Origin Hints

In the ritual room, how can I get through the clouds?

  • 1 of 21: Take a look around the room and look for something you can use to "break" the clouds.
  • 2 of 21: The lightning striking this room is the key to getting through.
  • 3 of 21: Take a look at the bookshelf at the left of the room.
  • 4 of 21: It has a metal edging along the top, which conducts electricity.
  • 5 of 21: You need to find more items that conduct electricity, and then join them to the metal statue near the bookcase.
  • 6 of 21: First, you need to find a way to move the bookcase along to the right side.
  • 7 of 21: The mechanism to push it is jammed. Find a way to get it moving again.
  • 8 of 21: Lubricate it.
  • 9 of 21: There's a pot of oil in Jada's bedroom -- use that on the bottom of the shelf and you will be able to push it along.
  • 10 of 21: You now need to find a way to join the puddle at the bottom of the bookshelf to the coat of arms -- something made of metal.
  • 11 of 21: Use something from the armory cabinet.
  • 12 of 21: Take the coat of arms and put it at the statue's feet.
  • 13 of 21: Now you need to continue the path of electricity along into the clouds.
  • 14 of 21: You won't need something made of metal this time.
  • 15 of 21: Some rope. In fact, two pieces of rope tied together.
  • 16 of 21: Take two curtain cords -- one from the hallway between the storeroom/crypt/great hall, and one from the great hall (its holding a picture up, just grab it).
  • 17 of 21: Tie them together, and attach them to the statue's leg.
  • 18 of 21: There's one more step. You need to clear a path in the middle of the clouds.
  • 19 of 21: It's another item that can be found in the hallway between the three rooms.
  • 20 of 21: Grab the fur coat from the bottom of the screen and throw it through the clouds.
  • 21 of 21: You can now jump through and reach Dracula!
