How can I fire the cannon?
1 of 15: Take a close look at it, and you'll see that there are 3 white boxes where you're supposed to put 3 items.
2 of 15: Basically, all I can advise is that you look around the roof to collect items that you might be able to put in the cannon. One of the items seems obvious enough, but the other two seem a bit of a stretch. Also, realize that each item has to go in a specific slot, so if an item doesn't fit in one slot, try it in the other two. However, you also have to fill the slots in order from right to left.
3 of 15: Since this is a cannon, maybe you need to fire a cannonball.
4 of 15: Which could come from another cannon.
5 of 15: There's one on the roof, but a hole in the roof makes it a bit hard to get at.
6 of 15: You'll need to build a bridge to get over there.
7 of 15: Just pick up one of the two planks from the section between the stairs and the gap in the walkway, and use that on the hole in the roof. You can now walk over to the cannon, push it, and pick up a cannonball.
8 of 15: Also, while you're here, go down into the hole and pick up the banner. (Yes, you can climb down.)
9 of 15: Finally, notice the pail next to the cannon in the turret.
10 of 15: You want to fill it.
11 of 15: Go back to the roof and walk almost all the way back to the "entrance" from the cable car. There's a pile of snow that you can fill the pail with.
12 of 15: Use the pail, cannonball, and banner in the slots on the cannon, and you're ready to fire it.
13 of 15: All you need to do is light the fuse.
14 of 15: You can't just use your matches -- you need to light something else that might be in your inventory first.
15 of 15: Get the small planks that were with the banner in the hole in the roof, light them, and use them on the cannon to fire it. You have to exit the close-up screen with the three slots and use the lit planks below the cannon on the "main" screen.
