Dracula: The Last Sanctuary Hints

I'm across the gap near the elevator, but which door do I go through?

  • 1 of 2: As long as you stay on the level of the central structure with the pedestal and drawers, it really doesn't matter -- you will visit the same three rooms in the same order, no matter which of these doors you go through.  That is, whichever door you pick the first time always goes to the same room.  Then, if you go back the way you came, the two remaining doors both lead to the same second room.  The last door you choose takes you to a third room.  If you're really getting lost, you'll have to map out or remember the order in which you chose the doors.
  • 2 of 2: After you solve the puzzles in each of those three rooms, you have the option of going back the way you came or of going through a new door on the other side of the room.  The second of those doors takes you back to the central structure, but on a lower level.  From here, all three doors also go to the three rooms you can reach from the top level.  So it doesn't really hurt anything if you go through these "back" doors, but it's easier not to take them, just so you have fewer doors to worry about.
