2 of 5: You'll have to look very carefully for it -- this is really just a pixel hunt.
3 of 5: Try Dr. Seward's office.
4 of 5: Look on the floor near the windows, to the right of the fireplace. You should eventually get a magnifying glass cursor -- click there and you'll see Mina's ring on the close-up.
5 of 5: Take the ring. You'll need it before you can talk to Hopkins.
