FOLLOW THE PATH OF THE DRAGON UNTIL THE END ....

  • 1 of 3: You'll get this loud all-caps objective right after finishing "Warn the police immediately of Stephan Luca's murder."
  • 2 of 3: It's more a declaration of intent than an actual objective, and it'll be with you until the end of the game.
