How can I light it up if it's too dark?
1 of 6: By fiddling with the fuses in the shed's cellar again.
2 of 6: Return to the cellar and open the fuse box, then hit the switch to turn the power off.
3 of 6: Move the two copper wire fuses to different slots, then turn the power back on and go see if the developing room is lit yet.
4 of 6: Keep trying until you get it, or read on for the answer.
5 of 6: If one of your copper wire fuses is in the middle socket on the top row (and the power is on), the developing room will be lit.
6 of 6: TIP: Make sure your other copper wire fuse is in the leftmost slot on the middle row so the lab is getting power. If you don't do this, you won't be able to leave the dispensary area, and will have to come back here and change a fuse later.
