Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon Hints
Every time I try to take the bowl, I get blown up!
of 14: That must be due to the mortar shell that's lying on top of the bowl's bottom part. You can't take the bowl without setting it off.
of 14: You also can't click the hand cursor anywhere on or near the mortar shell without it blowing up.
of 14: Scan around near the left end of the shell until you find a spot on the dirt that gives you the gear cursor.
of 14: Click there to remove some of the dirt from the shell, then look for another gear cursor to use.
of 14: You'll find one in the same spot, but if you click on it too soon, the shell might explode.
of 14: Wait several seconds after Father Arno says "gently," then try it.
of 14: After you do two successful removings of dirt, you'll learn that you need a tool to disarm the shell's bomb with.
of 14: Exit the mound close-up view and go see if anyone has a tool that you can use.
of 14: Ionel doesn't, so try the gravedigger.
of 14: Ask the gravedigger if he has a monkey wrench, and he'll trade you one for your old Fox Peak lantern.
of 14: Return to the mound and get a close-up of it, then try using your new monkey wrench on the shell.
of 14: After picking up the wrench in inventory, click it on the far right tip of the shell to place it.
of 14: After it's placed, click and hold on it, then move your mouse down until the shell's cap falls off.
of 14: Now you can put the wrench away and click on the shell to push it aside.
