Which skulls are wearing Genovese hats?
1 of 2: Of the five skulls that form a sort of X shape on the left part of the puzzle, the top right one has a Genovese hat, and therefore needs a nail.
2 of 2: In the right section of the puzzle, the bottom left and middle right skulls have Genovese hats, so put nails in them, too.
