Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon Hints
Determine my blood type and that of the last three donors....
of 14: After you finish getting a sample of Father Arno's blood, you'll see that he labels the bottle with the number 814.
of 14: That means you're supposed to determine the blood type of bottles 811, 812, 813, and 814. All of those bottles can be found in the refrigerated cabinet (after you put number 814 in, that is).
of 14: The first thing to do is get some of each of those four blood samples into test tubes.
of 14: The steps of the blood typing process are to put some blue reagent on one part of a tray, put some yellow reagent on another part of the tray, and then put drops of the blood to be tested onto both reagents.
of 14: Look on the table underneath the test tube rack to find an opaline glass plate with two large indentations in it. It'll serve as your tray.
of 14: Pick up the pipette that's in the blue reagent's test tube, use it on one of the glass plate's indentations, then right-click to return it to its test tube. Repeat the process with the yellow reagent to get your glass plate ready.
of 14: To test one of your blood samples, pick up its pipette and use it on both of the glass plate's indentations before putting it back.
of 14: After you understand how the blood test process works, test your 811 sample to see that it's type AB, since both of the reagents get spotty when blood is mixed in with them.
of 14: Open up the blood test results folder, turn to the sample number 811 page, and click on the box next to AB in the blood type section. A little checkmark will appear in the box when you do.
of 14: NOTE: If you ever click on an incorrect box on a report, you can later click on the correct box to fix it.
of 14: Continue testing to see that sample 812 is type B, sample 813 is type O, and sample 814 is type B.
of 14: When you get all the right boxes checked in the blood test results folder, Father Arno will say so, and will go talk to Dr. Florescu.
of 14: NOTE: If you're reading ahead, or if you're having to replay this part of the game for some reason, you can just enter the above answers into the folder without having to do any of the tests.
