Kill the thieves stealing from the smugglers.
1 of 3: Unlock the nearby Smuggler's Cove trap door, then use it to enter the cove.
2 of 3: Loot the toy box in the entry room, then park your party there.
3 of 3: Send one character down the hall slowly to trigger an attack by thieves, then lead them back to the party a few at a time.
