Whom should I give the land to?

  • 1 of 3: You could claim the land for yourself. That would get you 100 gold coins, but you'd be seen as a tyrant, and both nobles would join the conspiracy against you (if you haven't already put an end to it by doing the "A Brewing Conspiracy" quest).
  • 2 of 3: That's probably the best option, but you can choose to award the land to Lady Liza to make her happy, or to Ser Derren to make him happy. If you do, the one you choose against will join the conspiracy if there still is one.
  • 3 of 3: NOTE: There's a persuade option you can try that gives the land to Lady Liza and keeps Ser Derren from getting mad enough to turn against you.
