Velanna's Joining
1 of 2: Finish the "The Righteous Path" main plot quest and agree to let Velanna join the Grey Wardens to get this quest. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Speak to Varel about Velanna's initiation," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 2: The next time you're in the keep, talk to Seneschal Varel in the throne room about Velanna's joining to get it done.
