Velanna's Exile
1 of 3: After finishing the "The Righteous Path" main plot quest, travel around on the world map with Velanna in your party until you get an encounter in a remote glade area.
2 of 3: Walk up to the elves to talk to them and get this quest. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Discuss Velanna's exile with her," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
3 of 3: After you get Velanna's approval range up to warm, enter the throne room to get a conversation with her about her exile.
