Elemental Requirements
1 of 5: Talk to Herren in the keep courtyard's blacksmith area about your men needing armor to get this quest. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Find mineral deposits," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 5: A veridium deposit can be found in the keep's basement area while doing the "It Comes From Beneath" quest's first objective.
3 of 5: Give the ore to Herren and promise him some men to guard the miners.
4 of 5: You'll find a silverite deposit in the Silverite Mine while doing the "The Righteous Path" main plot quest, and an iron deposit in Kal'Hirol while doing the "Last of the Legion" main plot quest.
5 of 5: Return to Herren after looting each deposit to turn the ore over to Master Wade.
