1 of 3: Yes, if you can scrounge up enough crystals.
2 of 3: After you either ally with the architect or kill him, loot the two flesh pods on the lower floor to get two more yellow crystals.
3 of 3: You should now have five, so examine the four sockets on the floor to place four crystals and gain the Tower of Trauma power.
