Preying on the Weak
1 of 4: This is one of the quests that starts out on the Chanter's Board. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Deal with the thugs terrorizing people outside the city gates," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 4: Go south through the city gates and head straight forward to find one group of thugs.
3 of 4: Finish them off, then keep going south to find another thug trio near the world map transition point.
4 of 4: After you kill them, go down the west path to find and grind the last two groups of thugs.
