Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening Hints
How can I get all of my equipment back?
of 11: You'll have to recover it a bit at a time as you fight your way through the mine.
of 11: Loot the darkspawn you just killed to get some cheap equipment and a key. You can use it to open the other cells, some of which contain minor loot.
of 11: In the room south of the holding cells, use the ballista to blast the group of darkspawn on the lower floor, then wait where you are for survivors to come to you.
of 11: Search those darkspawn for more equipment, then approach the room's south doors to have them opened by the next group of darkspawn. It includes a spellcasting emissary, so you'll probably want to hang back and finish off the others first.
of 11: In the room south of that, you'll have to fight a weird experimental subject and several dragonlings. The subject is using the equipment that one of your party members was using before you were captured, so be sure to loot him and reequip that party member after the combat is over.
of 11: Loot the fractured stone, then check the stones in the next room before going south to find a guy named Keenan. Talk to him to get the "Last Wishes" optional quest, then go back north and park your party there.
of 11: Send one character to lure back all the darkspawn who are with the second experimental subject in the room to the east. Loot that subject to get another party member's equipment back, then check the soldier corpse on the east side of the room.
of 11: Do the same lure-out routine with the next room, which has two experimental subjects plus several darkspawn and dragonlings. At least you can get everyone fully reequipped after that battle.
of 11: In the room to the south of the two-subject room is a darkspawn necromancer who will retreat and animate some corpses when you enter. The best way to deal with this is to park your party in the room to the north so you can lead the corpses to them, then wait for the necromancer to show up so you can pound him.
of 11: Kill off the drake and the remaining darkspawn in the necromancer's room, then look for a fractured stone before going through the south tunnel.
of 11: When you reach a hallway, loot everything in the Architect's room to the east. (Note that one of the chests requires the key you could've gotten from Serrani earlier.) Go south next to find a room with the rest of your equipment in a chest.
