Investigate Kal'Hirol.
1 of 3: In the conversation following the battle, let Sigrun join you, then add her in as a follower (even though you don't have to). Level her up and check her equipment before moving on.
2 of 3: Head east and use the transition point to enter Kal'Hirol.
3 of 3: Go NW to reach a view of Kal'Hirol that you can examine, then take the path on the left to find a dying legionnaire named Jukka who tells you about the local broodmothers.
