1 of 3: You can get this quest by examining a commemorative marker in Kal'Hirol's Trade Quarter area. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Return Dailan's tablet to the dwarves," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 3: The next time you return to the keep, talk to Dworkin Glavonak in the courtyard.
3 of 3: Talk to him about the "Bombs Away" quest if you have it, then tell him about the tablet you found in Kal'Hirol to turn it over.
