Mend the tears in the Veil.
1 of 3: As you fight your way through the Fade, watch for little side areas with veil apparatuses and desire demons.
2 of 3: Kill off the demons, then right-click on the apparatuses to seal veil tears.
3 of 3: There's a total of three apparatuses. Use all of them to complete this quest.
