Grandmaster Flame Rune
1 of 3: Unless you imported a character who had a grandmaster flame rune, you'll have to make one yourself via runecrafting.
2 of 3: Get someone to where he can do expert runecrafting, then check the Weapon Rune Tracings list to see where you can find all of the flame rune tracings up through grandmaster.
3 of 3: It'll be expensive, but you can buy all the supplies you need to make a grandmaster flame rune from Ambassador Cera in the keep's throne room.
