Elven Alienage General
1 of 3: Run to the center of the alienage to find some elves standing near the big tree.
2 of 3: They'll tell you about the darkspawn breaking in through the south gate, thereby starting the "Defend the Alienage" quest.
3 of 3: You'll kill the general during that quest, so use the transition point at the south end of the bridge to travel to another area.
