Character Creation Tips
1 of 2: If you're not sure what class of character you want when you start playing the game, create a warrior (preferably dwarven). They're much easier to play through the game with than the other classes, especially for people who aren't very experienced in playing RPGs with rogues and mages.
2 of 2: When allocating your created character's attribute points (also known as stats), keep in mind that you'll get three more points to allocate every time you level up, and that you'll be finding lots of equipment during the game that will boost attributes (as well as temporary bonuses from spells and items). This means you don't have to put all of your points in your character's one most important attribute, and you should probably boost up some other attributes a little.
