Jowan's Intention
1 of 2: You automatically get this quest when you finish the Redcliffe Treaty Quests if you released Jowan from his cell and let him run away. (It also appears on the Denerim chanter's board, but there's no need to check it.)
2 of 2: Unfortunately, the quest is buggy. You're supposed to get a new world map marker named "Jowan," but you probably won't. (I never did.)
