1 of 5: Oskias was last seen in Tapster's Tavern, which is in the Orzammar Commons area.
2 of 5: Go to the NW end of Dust Town and right-click between two large columns to enter the commons. On the way, optionally look for a beggar named Goilinar and start practicing your Stealing skill.
3 of 5: Look on the left for merchant stalls run by Olinda and Ademaro, where you can sell excess items. Do so now if you got stuff you don't want to keep from the chest in your home (or from stealing).
4 of 5: Just north of Olinda's store is the door to Tapster's Tavern, so right-click on it to enter.
5 of 5: Talk to the bartender about Oskias, then find the man himself seated at a nearby table.
