Essences Tips
1 of 4: Switch to burning man form and go through the south door.
2 of 4: Turn right past it and head west to find a spirit door.
3 of 4: Switch to spirit form so you can use the door to reach a room with an Essence of Cunning and an Essence of Constitution.
4 of 4: After using them, go back through the spirit door and use burning man form to get back to the dreaming templar's room.
