Deal with the mercenaries in the Gnawed Noble.
1 of 4: Go straight south from Sergeant Kylon to find the Gnawed Noble Tavern.
2 of 4: You'll find the Crimson Oars guys in the side room that's west of the bar.
3 of 4: Talk to their leader and watch for options to persuade or intimidate him into taking his men elsewhere.
4 of 4: If you can't or don't want to talk them into leaving, you'll have to fight them.
