1 of 4: This is the second break-in objective, and will cost you 4 gold coins.
2 of 4: Go to the warehouse that's at the west end of the Market District's southern alley.
3 of 4: When you enter, several Howe soldiers will attack you.
4 of 4: After you finish them off, loot the three chests on the west side of the warehouse to get six silver bars, which you can sell to merchants.
