Dragon Age: Origins Hints

Find the Urn.

  • 1 of 11: You can either go to the Lake Calenhad Docks in search of Genitivi, or continue to question Weylon for more information.
  • 2 of 11: Use the world map to travel to the new "Village of Haven" area that's a bit south of the Frostback Mountains.
  • 3 of 11: Harvest the deathroot plant that's near where you start, then move up the path until a rude guard talks to you. Ask him about Brother Genitivi to be referred to Revered Father Eirik in the chantry.
  • 4 of 11: As you head toward the chantry, look around the village for loot and combat.
  • 5 of 11: Talk to Eirik in the chantry about Brother Genitivi to start a combat with him and several guards.
  • 6 of 11: Search Eirik after the battle to get a special cultist medallion, then check the NW side room to find an inscribed chest and a locked chest.
  • 7 of 11: The next thing to do is find where the cultists have been keeping Genitivi prisoner.
  • 8 of 11: Loot the locked chest in the secret room, then talk to Genitivi and bandage him up.
  • 9 of 11: Have him take you to a ruined temple when you're ready to go after the Urn of Sacred Ashes.
  • 10 of 11: In order to find the urn, you'll have to go through the temple and several more areas. Hints for each are given below.
  • 11 of 11: After you get some ash from the urn, loot the nearby "unfortunate adventurer" and two locked chests, then use one of the two doors to return to the Mountain Top area.
