Dragon Age: Origins Hints
The Ransom.
1 of 8: Use the city map to travel to the new Ransom Drop Location area.
2 of 8: Have your party hold its position, then send one character over to the disguised crows to start a combat.
3 of 8: Run your character back to the party, then move them up to where you can start firing ranged attacks at all the hostiles.
4 of 8: Blast them good, or there'll be too many left to handle after all of your allies are defeated.
5 of 8: NOTE: There are one or two unkillable disguised crow guys who can act as a distraction for most of the enemies if you stay back and let them. However, you can't expect them to do much once they're all that's left.
6 of 8: After the battle is over, talk to one of the surviving disguised crows, then return to Ignacio's room.
7 of 8: Check his chest for your reward item, then talk to him to finish the quest.
8 of 8: NOTE: From now on, you can get a "special stock" from Cesar in the open market that includes lots of magic arrows and expensive recipes.
